Refund clause

If you feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.

  • If any annual subscription is cancelled within a week from the date of payment, the subscription amount is fully refunded except for taxes and bank charges. This is subject to the non-utilization of any dental services. There will be no refund if any services are availed.
  • If any annual subscription is cancelled within a month, 75% of the subscription amount is refunded except taxes and bank charges. This is subject to the non-utilization of any dental services. There will be no refund if any services are availed.
  • Special Dental Packages once purchased are non-refundable.

how to request for a refund

To submit a request for refund, please write to us at customersupport@mydentalplan.in with reasons for the request.

MyDentalPlan Healthcare Private Limited makes every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
