MyDentalPlan Healthcare Private Limited is an offering in India that
promotes dental wellness by bringing awareness among the people on
the importance of oral health and its impact on quality of life.
These products are not insurance products or insurance offerings.
MyDentalPlan promotes preventive health and aims to make available
oral health care at affordable cost by subsidising the treatment
costs and offering discounted preventive oral health packages.
The preferred provider network of MyDentalPlan includes third party
dentists and dental practices of repute and having met the quality
standards of MyDentalPlan and have agreed to perform the treatments
at a particular cost and quality.
MyDentalPlan has a Quality Audit Committee that audits the dental
practice in terms of quality of infrastructure, processes and
treatment care. MyDentalPlan does not own any practices or is the
direct financial beneficiary of any treatments undertaken.
MyDentalPlan shall not be liable for any negligence or misconduct of
the providers. MyDentalPlan on its best effort basis endeavours to
ensure that the dentists engaged by MyDentalPlan are doing so for a
societal cause and in case any unethical practice is suspected
against the practitioner, MyDentalPlan disciplinary committee will
de-empanel such a service provider from MyDentalPlan’s network.
MyDentalPlan allots the subscriber to a clinic without bias based on
the preference of the subscriber. MyDentalPlan does not hold any
reservations for or against any practitioner. It offers the service
provider’s details to relevant members only on the basis of the need
and convenience of the member.
MyDentalPlan reserves a right to de-empanel dentists in case they
fail to adhere to the pricing norms or materially fail to carry out
any of their obligations.
MyDentalPlan is entitled to use the data of the subscribers for any
research or epidemiological purposes. MyDentalPlan appreciates
feedback from its members (via feedback section and contact us
section of this website) and ensures resolution to all fair requests
and does not encourage the use of any public media/ forum with
respect to any issues with the services offered to its members

Your appointment can be booked with one of our 5000+ partner dentists available in 330+ cities in India only.
All plans and packages are non-transferable. However, one can also purchase a plan or a package to gift another person.
We advise you to carefully read the details before purchasing.
In case the voucher amount is exhausted, the customer can purchase a new plan during their current visit or for future treatments to top up the voucher value.
The wallet value is valid till the customer is a MyDentalPlan member and the balance will be carried forward across years.
Voucher and wallet can be utilised only when the payment is made online via MyDentalPlan channel.
The treatment vouchers can be utilised as follows.
10% Immediate discount on dental treatment cost.
One complimentary in-clinic consultation.
Discount voucher up to ₹5000/- *.
Cashback up to ₹5000/- * in MyDentalPlan wallet.
Validity one year.
Discount Vouchers are valid until one-year (365 days) from the date of plan purchase or through their exhaustion.
Only the existing wallet balance, after one-year validity is over, will be carried forward, any remaining vouchers will be inoperative.
Voucher and wallet amount can be utilised only when the payment is made online via MyDentalPlan payment channel.
Once the voucher amount has been exhausted, only 10% of the MyDentalPlan wallet balance is usable as a discount on the Total Payable amount.
The discount voucher usage is recurring in nature hence the eligible slab is dependent on total treatment cost, inclusive of former and time being.

Mr Sachin visits the clinic for his first treatment i.e. Root Canal = 6500/-
Falls under 500/- slab discount via voucher and no additional wallet discount since wallet is empty.
Total Payable amount = 6000/- and 500/- (discount voucher worth) gets added to his MyDentalPlan wallet.
Mr Sachin's second treatment a few months later, i.e Grade 1 dental implant = 20000/-
Adding the entire treatment value (T1 + T2) makes it= 26500/- which falls under 3000/- discount slab out of which 500/- has already been used.
Additionally, 10% of the existing wallet discount i.e. 50/- of 500/-
Total Payable amount = 17450/- and 2500/- (discount voucher worth) gets added to his wallet.
Mr Sachin's third treatment another month later, i.e. Crown Placement = 12000/-
Adding the entire treatment value (T1 + T2 + T3) makes it = 38500/- which falls under 4000/- discount slab out of which 3000/- has already been used.
Additionally, 10% of the existing wallet amount i.e. 295/- of 2950/-
Total Payable amount = 10705/- and 1000/- (discount voucher worth) gets added to his wallet.
Mr Sachin's fourth treatment a few more months later, i.e. Crown Placement = 12000/-
Adding the entire treatment value (T1 + T2 + T3 + T4) makes it = 50500/- which falls under 5000/- discount slab out of which 4000/- has already been used.
Additionally, 10% of the existing wallet amount i.e. 365.5/- of 3655/-
Total Payable amount = 10634.5/- and 1000/- (discount voucher worth) gets added to his wallet.
Mr Sachin's fifth treatment before the year ends, i.e. Crown Placement = 20000/-
Since the discount vouchers are exhausted only 10% of the MyDentalPlan wallet discount can be used. Total Payable amount = 19571.05/- and existing wallet balance = 3860.55/-
Pricing for plans and packages listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label service products accurately, errors in the data entry and/or updating may occur.
MyDentalPlan reserves the right to cancel any plan or package in such a case where a transaction has already been made and the price indicated was incorrect.
In the aforementioned rare event, a full refund of the payment received from the customer shall be processed with accuracy.
All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees only, usage of international cards on the site may prompt the respective bank's applicable exchange rate and charges.
We have no jurisdiction on the same and/or any disputes/queries arising due to exchange rates and/or bank charges. The queries need to be directed towards the bank or institution that issued the said card or payment instrument.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing only. The billing will be effective of the price of the time of receipt of the payment and raising of an invoice.
